Metcalfe's House

Once the country residence of British colonial administrator Sir Thomas Metcalfe, this house was creatively converted from an existing Mughal tomb. Known as Dilkhusha (Heart's Delight), it is a fascinating example of how the British layered their own life onto Delhi's Mughal landscape.
