Metcalfe's Canopy

A graceful chhatri (domed pavilion) built by Sir Thomas Metcalfe in the 19th century as part of his country retreat near the Qutub Complex. The canopy was originally part of an older Mughal tomb, repurposed by Metcalfe in the picturesque tradition of the British Raj.
